Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return an eligible item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Gift boxes must be returned complete.

Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for return, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Where applicable, Beauty of Creation will cover the return shipping costs for such items.

Return shipping costs

For eligible returns that are not related to a damaged, defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, subject to applicable consumer law.

Refunds
