Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Gift boxes must be returned complete
- Personalised jewellery is not eligible for return
How to return: Contact us at hello@beautyofcreation.store with your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
Refund: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
